Confirm the details for a Lanzarote cruise pickup
A ship’s arrival time, the time you can leave the terminal and a transport meeting are different details. Before requesting a road journey, identify your ship and terminal, then obtain a specific meeting arrangement. “Arrecife port” is not a complete pickup instruction.
Lanzarote Cruise Port’s official information describes two terminals, Naos and Los Mármoles. Check which terminal applies to your own sailing with your cruise line or the port. Do not assume that a terminal mentioned in another traveller’s instructions will be yours.
Give the request the right starting point
Write the ship name, cruise line, travel date and whether you are joining the cruise, leaving it or making a visit during a port call. Include the terminal or berth from the latest instructions, if confirmed. Mark it as unresolved if you do not yet know it.
For a collection after arrival, check with your cruise line how and when passengers can leave. An advertised ship arrival is not a confirmed time at a car meeting point. For boarding or a return to the ship, record the cruise line’s applicable deadline rather than using the vessel’s departure time as your own arrival instruction.
Ask the road transport provider to confirm whether the journey can be arranged, the permitted meeting location and the agreed collection date/time. Do not assume that a driver can enter every port area or meet you beside the ship.
Your blank port-journey record
Print or copy the table for your own use. Keep unknowns blank or write “not confirmed”. The table makes unresolved details visible; it does not place a booking, calculate a pickup time or establish port access permission.
On a small screen, scroll the table sideways to see every column. You can also copy or print it.

Keep these notes private. You do not need to put passport details, full booking documents or other sensitive information into a public worksheet.
Check the meeting, not only the terminal name
Keep the provider’s instructions describing the actual place where passengers and driver will meet. If they are unclear, ask for clarification rather than selecting an entrance from a general map. The terminal name identifies the area; it is not permission for a vehicle to reach the gangway.
Describe your passengers and luggage for this journey. If someone has a mobility requirement or an awkward item, explain the practical requirement and ask whether it can be accommodated. This checklist does not announce a vehicle type, accessibility provision or luggage capacity.
Reconfirm a change before travelling
If your berth, arrival instructions, passenger count or destination changes, send the changed details to the relevant provider and keep the updated confirmation distinguishable from the old one. Waiting, cancellation and changes follow the terms supplied for your booking; no allowance is established by this guide.
For a later return, obtain a separate date/time and meeting arrangement. Do not treat an agreed first journey as a confirmed return to the ship or airport.
Ask whether your port journey can be arranged
Send Speedybus the ship, date, journey type, confirmed terminal if known, intended destination, passengers and luggage. Ask whether it can arrange the requested journey and request availability, price and meeting details before treating it as booked. A message or completed checklist is not acceptance of a cruise pickup.
For general airport–city route information, use the existing Arrecife guide. If an airport journey is part of your plan, the transfer planner is a separate preparation resource; its estimates are not port collection or boarding instructions.
Confirm your actual journey
Describe your route, date, passengers, luggage and unresolved requirements. Ask whether the arrangement is possible and confirm availability, price and meeting details before booking.
