Plan a Lanzarote group transfer when your flights arrive separately
Travelling together does not necessarily mean landing together. Before requesting a group transfer, separate your party into flight arrivals, then ask the operator whether one agreed pickup or separate journeys suit those arrivals. Do not submit the latest flight as though it carried everyone.
Make one row for each arrival
For each flight, record the arrival date, flight number, scheduled local arrival time, passengers, destination and luggage. Count children within the passenger total and describe any child-seat request separately. An arrival after midnight needs its own correct date, not just a time copied from the preceding day.
Group people by the flight they actually take, even when everyone has the same accommodation. If two flights share a similar time, keep two rows: a change to one flight should not overwrite the other.
| Arrival | Date and flight | People and luggage | Destination | Arrangement confirmed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | Fill in your first flight | Include children and bulky items | Full address | Not yet confirmed |
| B | Fill in your other flight | Count this subgroup separately | Full address | Not yet confirmed |
This is a planning record, not a reservation. Keep personal contact details in the message to the operator, rather than a sheet shared with the whole group. Passport scans and payment-card details are not needed in an initial enquiry.
Compare arrangements before choosing
One agreed pickup may suit a group willing to meet before leaving the airport. Separate journeys may suit arrivals that are far apart or people who prefer not to wait. Both need an actual quote and confirmation: neither follows automatically from the total passenger count.
Ask what happens if one flight changes, which meeting instructions apply to each subgroup, and whether a different arrangement changes the agreed price. Do not assume an earlier group can simply join a pickup assigned to a later flight. Do not treat a driving-time estimate as a waiting policy.
Confirm the terminal and meeting instructions
Aena describes two terminals at Lanzarote Airport. Check the terminal for each actual flight and follow your confirmed pickup instructions. A shared destination does not establish a shared arrival hall or meeting point.
Give one organiser responsibility for keeping the arrival record current. Let each subgroup know the confirmed arrangement and who to contact if its flight details change. If a delay affects only arrival B, identify B when contacting the operator; do not replace the details for the whole party.
Request a confirmation covering every subgroup
Your enquiry should include the arrival rows, the accommodation address, passenger and luggage counts for each subgroup, and your preference for travelling together or separately. Ask Speedybus to confirm the arrangement, availability, price and meeting instructions before treating it as booked.
For the vehicle options and ordinary group booking information, read group transfers in Lanzarote. For a single arrival and route estimates, use the transfer planner. The arrival record handles a different problem: keeping several flight arrivals correctly associated with the people taking them.
Before travel, recheck the record against the confirmation. Keep the return journey separate, with its own departure date and flight details. This guide does not establish included waiting time, free changes or a guaranteed pickup arrangement.
