Tell us how your bicycle will travel
A hard bike case, a soft bike bag and an unpacked bicycle take up different amounts of space. State which you have and send the packed length, width and height where possible. A photo can help explain an awkward shape, but it does not replace confirmation that the vehicle can accommodate it.
Airport transfers for a cycling holiday
Give us your accommodation name and full address, whether you are staying in La Santa, Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise or another part of Lanzarote. If the bikes and passengers arrive on different flights, explain the timing before booking.
Several cyclists travelling together
Count all riders, non-cycling passengers, bike cases and suitcases. Ask about a group discount in the same message. We check the complete load before confirming the vehicle; a passenger capacity of 12 does not mean space for 12 bicycles.
Confirm packing and return arrangements
Ask us to confirm the transport arrangement for your specific bicycle. Do not assume a rack, trailer or a particular packing method is included. Add your return flight and tell us if you will have the same bike boxes for the journey back to the airport.

Questions before you book
Can I bring a bike box from Lanzarote airport?
Yes, subject to advance confirmation of space. Send the number and dimensions of the bike boxes together with the passenger and suitcase count.
Do I need to dismantle my bicycle?
Confirm the packing arrangement with Speedybus before booking. Tell us whether the bike will be in a box, a bag or unpacked; we do not promise one packing method for every vehicle.
Can a cycling group book together?
Yes. Send the number of passengers and bikes for a vehicle and luggage-space check, and ask about the available group discount.
