Count the bags, not just the travellers
Two passengers with several large suitcases may need a different vehicle from two passengers travelling with cabin bags. List large suitcases, cabin bags and any unusually shaped items separately. Mention anything that cannot be folded or stacked.
Families with pushchairs and extra bags
Include the folded dimensions of your pushchair alongside your suitcases. If you need a child seat, request it in the same message with the child’s age and height. This lets us check the passenger arrangement and luggage space together, rather than adding bulky items after the vehicle has been confirmed.
Sports equipment needs its own details

Add your flight, full accommodation address and any return trip. We confirm the vehicle and price for the requirements you provide. If you add a large item after receiving a quote, ask us to recheck space before you travel.

How many large suitcases can I bring?
The allowance depends on the vehicle, passenger count and the size of your bags. Send the complete luggage list so Speedybus can confirm what fits before booking.
Will I need a larger vehicle for extra luggage?
Possibly. Luggage space is checked separately from seating capacity, so the right vehicle depends on both passengers and bags.
Can I add luggage after booking?
Contact Speedybus before you travel if your luggage changes. Extra or larger items require another space check and may affect the vehicle or quote.
