Your flight changed: keep the transfer request and confirmation separate

If your flight itinerary changes after arranging a transfer, compare it with the transfer confirmation you already hold. A flight update and a transfer update are different records. Sending new travel details does not establish that a different pickup has been accepted.

This page helps you prepare that conversation. It does not set Speedybus amendment fees, cancellation rules, waiting time or availability.

Start with the arrangement that was confirmed

Identify the relevant transfer in your existing conversation: travel date, arrival or return journey and destination. Keep the original confirmation so you can distinguish what was agreed from what you are now requesting.

Check the revised itinerary with your airline. Aena's flight information can help check a flight, but details can change and its displayed times are local. A flight board is not confirmation from your transfer operator.

Make the difference visible

Use a short comparison rather than forwarding several screenshots with no explanation. Do not include an airline reservation code, passport copy or payment details in this worksheet.

On a small screen, scroll the table sideways to see every column. You can also copy or print it.

This is a manual record, not a booking form. Blank fields are unresolved, not unchanged. If something is unchanged, write that explicitly rather than leaving the operator to infer it.

Example: your original arrival is on Friday, but the revised itinerary arrives after midnight on Saturday. Describe both dates explicitly and ask which pickup arrangement can be confirmed. Do not change only the time in a saved message and assume the date follows automatically.

Ask for the amended arrangement, not just receipt

In the existing Speedybus WhatsApp conversation, explain which transfer the update concerns, what is different and which details remain uncertain. Ask whether the requested arrangement is available and whether the price or conditions change. No replacement pickup or unchanged charge is guaranteed by this page.

Once you receive a response, compare the agreed date, flight, destination and relevant requirements against your request. Keep any unresolved point marked pending. An acknowledgement that a message arrived is not the same as agreement to every requested change.

Keep the return journey and other travellers separate

A revised arrival does not establish a revised return pickup. Identify the return journey separately if it also needs changing. For people arriving on different flights, use the separate-arrivals guide rather than replacing the whole party's details with one person's new itinerary.

For a new enquiry instead of an amendment, start with the Lanzarote transfer planner. The distinction matters: an enquiry describes a possible journey; an amended confirmation records what the operator has actually agreed.

Confirm your actual journey

Describe your route, date, passengers, luggage and unresolved requirements. Ask whether the arrangement is possible and confirm availability, price and meeting details before booking.
