Compare Lanzarote airport transfer quotes on the same basis

Two transfer quotes are only comparable when they describe the same journey. Before choosing the lower amount, check whether both cover the same passengers, luggage, destination and travel dates. A headline price is not a confirmation that a particular vehicle or extra is available.

Send the same trip to each provider

Use the flight number and arrival date, the exact accommodation address, the total number of passengers including children, and every suitcase or larger item. Describe child-seat needs separately. For a return journey, supply its date and flight details as well; do not assume an arrival quote includes the return.

If you are still choosing between transport modes, start with bus, taxi or private transfer. This worksheet starts after that decision.

Compare what is written, not what seems likely

• Amount and scope: currency, whether the amount covers the whole group or each passenger, one journey or both, and any charges left unconfirmed.
• Vehicle and luggage: whether the passenger count and the exact luggage list have been accepted together. Seat count alone does not establish luggage space.
• Arrival and waiting: agreed meeting point, what happens if the flight is delayed, and which waiting conditions apply. Do not copy another provider's terms into a Speedybus booking.
• Changes: how to report a new flight, destination or extra bag; whether a revised quote is required.
• Booking conditions: the payment, cancellation and no-show terms supplied by that provider, plus how acceptance is confirmed.

Your quote comparison sheet

Keep a short note from each written offer. Leave unknown fields as “not confirmed”. The worksheet does not rank providers, calculate a fare or place a booking.

Close the gaps before accepting

A quote with an unanswered requirement is not yet an equivalent offer. Ask the provider to confirm that requirement rather than estimating the extra yourself. Recheck the quote if the number of passengers, luggage or itinerary changes. Keep the accepted details and the provider's confirmation together.

For example, one hypothetical offer might cover only the arrival while another covers arrival and return. Comparing their totals without separating the journeys would answer the wrong question. No sample amount here is a Speedybus tariff.

Ask Speedybus about your actual trip
