Request a journey with several stops, one address at a time
If your party wants different accommodation drop-offs or more than one pickup address, describe the complete requested journey before asking for a quote. A list of hotel names does not tell the operator the order, who travels on each leg or whether any waiting is needed.
This is a request-planning record. It does not establish that Speedybus offers a particular multi-stop arrangement, included waiting, errands or sightseeing. Ask whether your whole itinerary can be arranged and obtain confirmation before treating any stop as accepted.
Start with one direction and a proposed sequence
Write the travel date, starting point and final destination. Number the requested stops in order and provide the full address plus the entrance you intend to use. If the order is flexible, say so. Keep “suggested by us” separate from “accepted by the operator”.
Give each stop a purpose: someone boards, someone leaves, luggage is collected, or you are asking about a pause. Do not hide a collection or waiting request inside a hotel name. Ask explicitly whether the purpose and any waiting can be accommodated, and what terms apply.
Use a separate record for the return. A quote in one direction does not confirm the reverse order, another date or an airport pickup time.
Keep a stop-by-stop record
Copy or print the table. Add rows as needed; no fixed number of stops is permitted or priced by this sheet. It sends nothing and does not calculate a route.
On a small screen, scroll the table sideways to see every column. You can also copy or print it.
| Requested order | Full address / entrance | Purpose of stop | People or luggage joining / leaving | Operator's confirmed arrangement |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Start | ______ | Initial pickup | ______ | ______ |
| Stop 1 | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ |
| Stop 2 | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ |
| Final destination | ______ | Final drop-off | ______ | ______ |
For example, a hypothetical party may ask for two accommodation drop-offs. Record which passengers and bags leave at the first address and which continue to the second. Do not describe both hotels as though the whole party were leaving at each one.
Check the people and load on every leg
Reconcile each leg: people on board before the stop, minus those leaving, plus those joining, gives the requested count for the next leg. Do the same for bags and special items. Include children in the passenger count and describe child-seat or access requirements separately.
This is a consistency check, not a vehicle-capacity calculation. The largest group and largest load may occur on different legs. Send both with the itinerary so the operator can assess the entire arrangement. Use the special-luggage measurement sheet for unusual items.
If passengers arrive on different flights, prepare the separate-arrivals record first. Several flights do not automatically create one viable combined pickup, and several stops do not establish how long an earlier subgroup will wait.
Ask for one answer covering the whole request
Ask whether the proposed stops, order, passenger/load changes and meeting places can be arranged together. Request the applicable price, any extra-stop or waiting terms and what happens if an address or order changes. Do not assume a quote for the final destination includes intermediate stops.
Other operators publish their own conditions: Suntransfers' multiple-stop help page is one example. Its limits and inclusions are not Speedybus conditions. A shared shuttle's hotel stops are also a different product from your proposed private itinerary.
Before travel, check the latest confirmation against every row. If an unaccepted stop remains, resolve it rather than assuming the driver can add it on the day. For a simple airport-to-one-address enquiry, use the transfer planner instead.
Confirm your actual journey
Describe your route, date, passengers, luggage and unresolved requirements. Ask whether the arrangement is possible and confirm availability, price and meeting details before booking.
